Finishes
- Buttercream
A traditional frosting of fresh butter and cream.
- Chocolate Wrap
Similar to wrapping paper covering a gift, we use thick sheets of rich, high-quality chocolate to wrap the entire cake surface.
- Fondant
Very popular in Europe, fondant is a smooth sugar coating that wraps the cake. This finish gives a cake a porcelain-like surface that is simple, classic and sophisticated. It can be dressed up or down with other techinques and decorations.
- Glaze
Choose from Dark Chocolate or White Chocolate Glaze - this finish gives cakes a sleek and slightly shiny finish
- Marzipan
This finish is made from almond paste and sugar. It can be tinted or left in its natural beige color; the flavor of the cake underneath is enhanced by the almond flavor. Also a finish popular in Europe.

Decorations
Decorations are placed over the cake finish.Here are some ways in which you can decorate your wedding cake or custom cake.
- Hand-molded chocolate
A choice of white or dark chocolate sculpted into ribbons & bows, roses, flowers, ruffles and more
 
- Fresh flowers
Provided by us or your florist.
- Hand-molded marzipan
A rich almond paste sculpted into fruits, ribbons & bows, roses, flowers or just about any object.
- Hand-molded flowers
Handmolded flowers can be made from gumpaste, which is similar to fondant but dries hard, or from white chocolate or marzipan which can be eaten easily.

- Pulled Sugar
Sugar is boiled to 300 degress and allowed to harden slightly, then pulled or stretched until is develops a pearly, sheen-like satin.Ê Finished decorations look like glass.
