All-American Pound Cake
Made the old-fashioned way with honest-to-goodness fresh ingredients -- available in lemon, lemon poppy, chocolate, vanilla-bean rum and apricot almond, unfilled or with a filling of our homemade preserves or tangy lemon curd.

Black and Tan
Alternate layers of dark-chocolate cake, chocolate-mousse filling, toasted-almond sponge cake and caramel Bavarian-cream filling.

Carrot Cake
Moist carrot cake with or without nuts and raisins, with a filling and finish of traditional cream-cheese frosting. See also our Pumpkin Spice Cake and Banana Nut Cake on our seasonal list.

Chocolate Fudge Cake
Rich chocolate-fudge cake with a dense chocolate-fudge filling and chocolate-buttercream finish.

Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake
Dark-chocolate cake filled with a dark-chocolate mousse and whole raspberries. Other berries and fruits may be substituted.

Fruit Mousse Cake
Golden chiffon cake filled with your choice of a light fruit mousse -- apricot, pear, raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, orange, Meyer lemon, or mango.

Gabriela
Alternate layers of cocoa chiffon cake lightly soaked in espresso and Kahlua and cinnamon chiffon cake with a coffee pastry-cream filling -- one of our most popular.

Marjolaine
Alternate layers of cocoa chiffon cake, hazelnut sponge cake, hazelnut dacquouise, alternately filled with creme fraiche, coffee buttercream and chocolate buttercream.

Mimosa
Golden chiffon cake filled with orange-champagne mousse and fresh strawberries (seasonal; not recommended for outdoor events).

Mocha
Chocolate sponge cake lightly soaked in espresso, filled with a dark-chocolate mousse.

Symphony
Hazelnut sponge cake lightly soaked in apricot brandy, layered with our housemade apricot preserves and caramel buttercream.

Tiramisu
Golden chiffon cake soaked in espresso, layered with a mascarpone rum filling (not recommended for outdoor events).
