Wholesome sweet butter, real cream, fresh seasonal fruit... we use the very best in all our baked goods, from morning buns to hand-pulled strudels to wedding cakes. Our style combines traditional pastry skills with an award-winning, contemporary sense of flavor, texture, quality and design.

    plain, chocolate, apricot-almond, pear pastry, cinnamon.

    fruit, cheese, cinnamon twist, seasonal.
     
  • Pecan Sticky Buns

    oatmeal currant, raspberry orange, lowfat berry, lemon poppy, chili-cheese, seasonal.

Pies, Galettes, Cobblers, Crisps, Turnovers and Strudels*

  • Hand-rolled butter crusts filled with seasonal fruits:
    apple, fresh peach, cran-apple streusel, mixed berry, pumpkin, apricot, cherry.
     
  • Seasonal flavors
    pecan, black bottom banana cream, strawberry rhubarb.
     

*Hand-pulled European style.

Tarts

  • Fresh seasonal fruit tarts with a vanilla-bean pastry cream filling.
     
  • Baked seasonal fruit tarts with a brown butter custard, frangipane or cheesecake filling.
     
  • Other fresh seasonal fruit tarts include: French butter pear, apricot almond, creme brulee, linzer torte, lemon meringue, key lime, chocolate truffle, caramel nut, pink pearl apple.
